How we used to press our noses against them! Yes, optical illusions fascinated us as children &#8211; but they are still appealing to adults, too. This is even more true if you can create them yourself. We&#8217;ll show you how!<\/p>\n<h2> Illusion #1 <\/h2>\n<p>Trace the contours of your hand on a piece of paper.<\/p>\n<p>Now draw lines parallel to the short side of the sheet at regular intervals of about 0,5 inch, but leave out the contours of the hand.<\/p>\n<p>Now continue the lines across the hand, but curve them to give the impression of three-dimensionality.<\/p>\n<p>Color the spaces between the lines alternately in opaque yellow and red.<\/p>\n<p>Intensify the contours of the hand with a pencil.<\/p>\n<h2> Illusion #2 <\/h2>\n<p>Draw a square of 3 x 3 inches.<\/p>\n<p>Draw a line from the upper left to the lower right corner of the square.<\/p>\n<p>Now draw lines at regular intervals from this cross line to the lower left corner as well as to the upper right corner.<\/p>\n<p>Draw lines parallel to the cross line at regular intervals.<\/p>\n<p>Now paint every other of the resulting squares black.<\/p>\n<h2> Illusion #3 <\/h2>\n<p>Draw a line cross, both lines should have a length of 3 inches.<\/p>\n<p>Draw marks on the lines at a distance of 0,2 inches.<\/p>\n<p>Now connect the marks as shown in the video &#8211; a grid is created.<\/p>\n<p>Blurred contour lines further enhance the three-dimensional impression.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Do you also find it exciting to create optical illusions yourself?
